Tim is an experienced Corporate and Commercial and Labour & Employment lawyer and is designated as a Specialist in Corporate & Commercial Law. Tim’s practice includes incorporating and organizing businesses, assisting parties with business purchase/sale transactions, corporate re-organizations & succession planning, reviewing franchise documents, drafting shareholder and partnership agreements and other similar matters. He also has experience regarding employment contracts, restructurings, wrongful dismissals, employment standards, collective bargaining and grievance arbitrations.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Ecology & Evolution at the University of Western Ontario in London, and completed his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
