Tim is an experienced Business, Real Estate & Employment lawyer and is designated as a Certified Specialist in Corporate & Commercial Law by the Law Society of Ontario. Tim represents buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in all manner of residential or commercial real estate transactions. His business law practice includes incorporating and organizing businesses, assisting parties with business purchase/sale transactions, corporate purifications, re-organizations & succession planning, reviewing franchise documents, drafting shareholder and partnership agreements and other similar matters. He also has extensive experience regarding employment contracts, restructurings, wrongful dismissals, employment standards, collective bargaining and grievance arbitrations.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Ecology & Evolution at the University of Western Ontario in London, and completed his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
