Sheri has extensive experience in the practice areas of Wills and Estates, and formerly practiced Family Law for several years. She runs a busy practice assisting clients with preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care and also in handling the administration of Estates for your loved ones. Sheri received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from York University and went on to receive her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991.

In addition to being an accomplished Wills and Estates solicitor, the following are a few examples of Sheri’s involvement in the local and legal community:

· Served on the Board of Couchiching Jubilee House

· Served on the Ethics Committee of Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital

· Served as a Board Member of the Orillia chapter of Bereaved Families of Ontario

· Served as a Board Member of Richmond Youth and Family Centre

· Trained in negotiation, mediation and Collaborative Family Law

· Previously appointed by the Office of the Children’s Lawyer to represent children in Family Court and Child Protection proceedings

· Former President of the Orillia Law Association

· Past member of the Orillia Business Women’s Association

· Past organizing committee member of the Central East Advocacy Conference

· Co-Chaired the Ontario Bar Association Family Law Institute (2010)
