*Patrick retired at the end of 2022. He now sits as a deputy judge at the Orillia Small Claims Court.

Patrick is an experienced real estate lawyer. Over the course of almost 30 years Patrick has represented thousands of buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in all manner of residential, commercial and condominium transactions. He has also litigated cases on behalf of local, national and multinational clients. Patrick was lead counsel in the only case in Ontario resulting in the court ordered termination and sale of a condominium corporation. He has appeared in all levels of the Ontario and Federal courts, with particular focus on real property law. Patrick graduated with Honours from Western University in London in 1987. Patrick received his law degree in 1990 from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and was called to the bar in 1992.
