Patrick moved his law
practice to the City of Orillia in 1995. During the past several
years he has litigated on behalf of local, national and multinational
clients. He has appeared in all levels of the Ontario and Federal
courts.
Patrick focuses on
civil and criminal litigation matters. Civil matters are particularly
centered on property rights, construction disputes, lien claims and
contractual/commercial disputes.
Originally from
Newmarket, Ontario, Patrick graduated with Honours from the University
of Western Ontario in 1987. Patrick received his law degree in
1990 from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He articled in the
Niagara Region.
Patrick is
Past-President of the Orillia and District Construction Association.
He is also Past President of the Orillia Law Association and has sat
on the Board of Directors of the Orillia District Chamber of Commerce
as their representative.
Patrick and his
family are proud to make their home in Orillia.
Patrick is involved
in various community groups, and always makes himself available to
speak with community boards and organizations needing legal advice on
topical issues.
