Dan moved to Orillia to
begin articling with our firm in July 2010. Since that time, his focus
has primarily been on real estate law including municipal property
assessment appeals and tax issues. Dan has been 'called to the bar' and
is now a full member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
He is a graduate of Carleton
University's College of the Humanities and the University of Ottawa's
Faculty of Common Law. During his time as a student, Dan volunteered
with the Pro Bono Students Ontario and was a recipient of a Law
Commission of Ontario Public Interest Fellowship.
Dan sits on the executive of the Barrie Real
Estate Law Association (BRELA), is Vice-President of the Orillia Law
Association, and is a member of Orillia's Lake Country BNI. In his spare
time he enjoys swimming with the YMCA's Masters Swim Club and is an avid
reader and runner.
